The role of the Investment manager is to work in conjunction with designated introducers, providing a comprehensive financial planning service to clients. Fulfilling client needs from a range of approved providers by analysis of client’s individual financial position, understanding client’s financial goals and attitude to investment risk and recommending the most suitable solutions to meet the client’s financial needs. To work closely and build relationships with nominated introducers to provide support, guidance and coaching to achieve individual and team sales activity targets. To deliver business performance within appropriate regulatory and risk management parameters. The role holder will have experience within the financial services industry and must have qualifications in Financial Planning by having achieved full CEFA, FPC, IFA, CFP or a recognised industry equivalent qualification, along with being at or working toward Diploma Level for regulated advice. They must satisfy the FSA criteria for an approved person both initially and ongoing and demonstrate and continue own Professional Development. The role holder will preferably show willingness to study towards further professional qualifications.
