Our client, a leading wealth management organisation with a global presence is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to promote the investment/structured product range to the UK based IFA market. This role will be to cover London and the South and the IFA's will be large Nationals and Networks. This is a key hire for the business and an exciting opportunity. As Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for the promotion and distribution of investments and structured products predominantly via IFA's but also through banks and building societies, building strong relationships and creating business partnerships for the long-term. This is very much a face-to-face development role, which will require extensive travel. In terms of experience you will need to have a good understanding of investments, however training on specific products will be provided. Ideally you will have had previous experience working with National IFA's and Networks via an investment management or similar organisation. You must be a self-starter and team player with good time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. You will ideally hold FPC or equivalent and be willing to work towards Investment based qualifications.
